Thomas Joesph Baird

I'm looking for my brother Thomas Joesph Baird aka Tom Baird or T.J. Baird. He is a Navy Veteran who taught Nuclear Physics classes in the mid to late '80's. He worked for waste to energy companies in Turlock CA and Tulsa OK. Last known address was in Tulsa OK in 2003. We think he may have been in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina but are not sure. I have some family news I really need to share with him. Please contact me if you have had any contact with him in the last 5-6 years as we have lost all contact with him.
