Theresa Lucille Wickerham

I am looking for my adopted sister Theresa L. Wickerham. She also goes by Tracy L. Wickerham. Her DOB is 09/01/1970. She has black hair, brown eyes. She was a known drug user and a hooker. She was last seen in 1996. She was arrested in late Dec. 1996. That was the last time that anyone has heard from her or has seen her. I know that she has 3 kids. My dad and her mom has the first one, and a family in Washington State has the other 2 kids. I need to know that she ok and not died. I have heard rumors that she could be in Texas or in Mexico. I need to know if she is still alive or not for my own peace of mind. I want her to be able to meet her 2 newphews. I will not tell the other family members that I have found you. Please if any one out there has information on her or her were she is at PLEASE let me know.
