Raymond Arthur Foisey

Ray, he was an eagle scout was from Pawtucket and summered in Middlebridge he was an eagle scout his father,a firefighter, died in a fire. Ray was an IBM executive he retired in his fifties he is 74 years old he was disabled in a motor cycle accident he lived in upper state new york-common friends are Claire, his cousin.
